Return & Exchange Policy

iLeather offers 28 days return and exchange policy to all our customers. While we hope you never have to use this, but if you do, it’s there for you.

  • Returned products must be unworn, not damaged, and must include original iLeather packaging.
  • Return & Exchange policy doesn't apply to Made to Order (Custom made orders.)
  • We offer free returns in the U.S and UK on orders over $500 (reimbursement of shipping charges up to $15).
  • For orders less than $500 return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
  • Any extra custom charges on the shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • iLeather will only bear shipping costs 1-time return of products. In case of multiple returns, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
  • In case of return of discounted articles, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Provide us tracking details and courier used to be shipped and we will keep track of the item. Once delivered at one of our above addresses, our team will update you and we will either start manufacturing a new pair or Refund you right away.
